Selling and booking conditions

The booking is final when we receive the deposit of 50% of the global price, and this before the end of your option. The balance must be paid one week before arrival, or the arrival day with our agreement.

In case of invalidation 3 weeks before arrival day, deposit can be paid back, except invalidation charge of 50 €.

The deposit is not paid back later than 3 weeks.

Our suggestion is available during one month. We can change our prices according to circumstances.

Arrival time must be indicated and respected for an easier service.

In the case of your being late, the direction may refuse the group, or change the price, or change the service time according to our availability.

Any menu change must be agreed with the direction

The exact number of customers must be indicated 2 days before the arrival; this number will be used for the bill.

The choice must be the same for all customers, except allergic persons, or vegetarians.

We inform you that we have separate tables at the brasserie, and we can’t put them together. Groups will be served at the first floor in a non-smoking area. We offer a meal to the driver for groups including more than 25 persons. For more than 30 persons, we offer kir and coffee for all customers, but we do not offer the meal for the driver.

The direction may cancel any booking according to exceptional events, without any appeal possible, specially if no deposit is paid. (Special events beyond our control, Gaz or power cuts, fire, flooding, strike, riots, war, or supplying problems).

Meals for groups of children are only served at the ground floor or outside if the weather is good. We ask the teachers to keep the children quite and take care they do not go anywhere so that they don’t disturb customers in the other rooms.

At “Le Grant Restaurant”, you’ll be suggested in a beautiful place, a high quality service, and gastronomic meals at 26 and 38 euros.
